    1. Mix al ingredients together in a food processor. Blend until dough forms.
    2. Divide dough into two balls and roll each one out on a separate baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    3. Run a knife down the dough and crest rows. This will give the crackers their shape.
    4. Bake at 325° for 10-12 minuets, flipping halfway through.
    5. Allow crackers to cool for 5 minuets before serving.

    1. Preheat oven to 425°
    2. Peel the squash, slice it in half and scoop out the seeds. If you are really careful, you may even be able to slice the stem in half which makes for an even prettier final product.
    3. Place scooped side down on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for about 40 minuets or until you can feel the squash begin to get tender.
    4. Take out of the oven and allow to cool for 5-10 minuets or until you can touch it without it burning your hand.
    5. Thinly slice the squash in rows without slicing all the way down to the bottom. (Hence the hasselback.)
    6. Pour over melted coconut oil. Do your best to get inside most of the sliced openings.
    7. Return to the oven and bake for about another 30 minuets. Or until the squash is fully tender and starting to brown.
    8. Pour over the maple syrup, pomegranate seeds, dried cranberries and pumpkin seeds.
    9. Serve Warm.
    Recipe Notes

    Note: Cooking time varies greatly depending on the size of the butternut squash. Just be sure to keep an eye on it in the oven the last 10 minuets or so to be sure not to overlook.

    1. Slice apples into about 6 piece slices—more or less will be fine it will be blended at the end anyway.
    2. Remove the core and keep the skin on. (The skin holds a significant amount of nutrients so I always keep it on!)
    3. Toss all ingredients into a crockpot and give everything a good stir.
    4. Turn the slow cooker on low and cook for 6 hours.
    5. After cooking is complete, scoop all the apples into a blender. (Be sure to also include any liquid.)
    6. Blend until all the chunks are broken down.
    7. Pour apple butter into serving dish or into an airtight container. You can leave in the refrigerator for about a week. Or freeze for 6 months!

    1. Mix all ingredients in stand mixer.
    2. Divide the dough into equal balls, set one aside.
    3. Roll out on parchment or wax paper using arrowroot powder to lightly coat to prevent sticking.
    4. Transfer to pie pan. Pat the dough down to form a crust.
    5. Bake at 350° for 15-18 minuets
    Pumpkin Pie Filling
    1. Mix all ingredients together. 1 full egg + 2 egg yolks go into batter. Separate the whites into a separate mall dish.
    2. Whisk all ingredients together and pour into prepared pie crust.
    3. Cover extra pie dough topping with remaining egg whites and dust on coconut sugar.
    4. Bake at 350° for about 50 min. Covering the pie dough with foil until the last 15 minuets or so.
    Pie Dough Topping
    1. Roll out remaining dough. Cut in desired shapes and then lay out flat on top of the pie wherever desired.
    2. Cover extra pie dough topping with remaining egg whites and dust on coconut sugar. Bake at 350° for about 60 min. Covering the pie dough with foil until the last 15 minuets or so.

    Note: The pie will be jiggley in the center when it’s finished. It will continue to cook as it rests.

    1. Roughly chop all the veggies. You can really leave them in large pieces because the flavor will come out of them during the cooking process.
    2. Add all ingredients to a large pot.
    3. Fill pot with water until it completes covers all the veggies.
    4. Bring the pot to a boil, once it reaches a boil, take off the lid and turn it down to a simmer and allow it to simmer for 2 hours.
    5. Take out chicken, set aside to cool before cutting.
    6. Strain the veggies and herbs through a strainer. With a large bowl underneath to catch all the broth.
    7. Strain the veggies through a strainer. Use the broth immediately or place in an airtight container once it has cooled. Freeze for up to 6 months.

    1. Rinse the cranberries through with a strainer. This is also a great way to also pick through any that have softened. Dump the cranberries into a large pot.
    2. Zest and juice oranges then add it to the pot.
    3. Pour in honey. Then give all the ingredients a good stir.
    4. Turn the stove on medium-low heat and stir occasionally. Once the liquid starts to boil add the raspberries and continue to stir intermittently.
    5. Once the cranberries thicken take off the heat and place in a serving container as it will continue to thicken and set.
    6. Serve warm or cool. Either way this is a fantastic treat to your feast!
    Recipe Notes

    If you are making this ahead place in an air tight container and freeze for up to three months. Once you’re ready to serve, place the container in the fridge overnight and it will be ready to go the next afternoon!
