Instructions
Combine dry ingredients into a bowl with a whisk.
In a small pot on high heat, combine olive oil, water and vinegar.
Once it starts to boil, remove from heat and whisk into dry mixture
Allow to cool a couple of minutes so the eggs don’t cook. In the meantime keep whisking in that air.
Whisk in honey and eggs.
Roll batter into balls about 2 inches in diameter.
Bake at 350° for 20-25 minuets or until golden brown.
