I get asked a lot about my favorite products for babies. I am a minimalist, so I really don’t think you need much. So when you’re not buying the unnecessary things, such as a wipe warmer or baby brezza, you’re going to be able to put your money towards non-toxic, ethically made products! This Non-Toxic Baby Guide will give you great options for a safe-heaven for your little one.
It is very important for your products to go through some kind of vetting process. There are THOUSANDS of baby products that are deemed “safe” but when you look closer you see this tag:
Most of the baby products that are main-stream and can easily be found at big-box stores are made with harmful plastics, chemicals and aren’t sourced sustainably. This Non-Toxic Baby Guide was crafted with care. I made sure to include items that are healthy for your baby, your home, the environment, and the people who make them.
As an Amazon affiliate, I earn on qualifying purchases. As always, these opinions are my own and I will never recommend anything I wouldn’t use myself. You can find my disclosure here.
I chose to make this list from items I found on Amazon. I chose amazon because this is the best option to get so many great eco-friendly, non toxic brands in one place! If you are expecting and need to make a registry, you can do so by following this link: Baby Registry!

Hi Amy! No babies yet, so I don’t know much about baby products! I didn’t realize that harmful or toxic chemicals are also found in items like cribs and blankets. Do you find non-toxic baby products more expensive than average?
Amy
Unfortunately, Yes I do find non-toxic items are generally more expensive. It’s too bad it is that way. Why can’t we just have all our products made to be non-toxic and good for the earth? We should all be able to purchase safe and healthy products regardless of budget.
Emily Adams
These are so many great options. We don’t have kids yet, but I’ve thought a lot of about how I would want to use safe products when we do!
Julie M Smith

I remember we bought my daughter’s crib when I was 7 months pregnant. It smelled like paint even when she got home from hospital after birth. I wish I was more attentive back then but I was kind of clueless. But now I am trying to make up for it. Your post would’ve helped me back then.
