My Chicken Strips are crazy easy to make and filled with flavorful and good-for-you herbs. You’ll love this easy dinner and its flavor will have you licking your fingers!

I love these chicken tenders! It is so easy to make, I love being able to whip up an extra batch and freeze extras for later uses. They are a kid favorite in our home and as far as adults here too, we love them just as much! I enjoy these sliced up to make a chicken salad as well–the options are endless! You have to try them, they are so easy, and healthy, packed with great healthy fats and fresh yummy herbs!

Having a recipe that you can whip up in 10 minuets makes weeknight meal planning easy and efficient. I also love the versatility of these chicken tenders as I mentioned, I can use them in so many ways.

Note: The sauce I have pictured is simply {Tessames BBQ} we enjoy this on occasion for dipping.

What you’ll need:

1 lb chicken cutlets
1/2 cup of almond flour
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp peprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1 tbsp olive oil

How to Prepare:

  • In a small bowl whisk egg and olive oil together, set aside.
  • Combine all the dried ingredients in a medium size bowl and give it a good stir.

  • Next, dip the chicken in egg mixture followed by coating it in herb seasonings.
  • Place on parchment lined pan, then repeat.

  • Bake in a 450 degree oven for 12 minuets, flipping once, half way through. (or until chicken reaches an internal temp of 165)

Serve & Enjoy!
