This 5 Minute Raspberry Sorbet is incredibly delish! It couldn’t be easier to make and it is perfectly light and refreshing! The raspberries bring such a sweetness with just a hint of tart making this a special summer treat!
This Sorbet tastes JUST like the Talenti’s Roman Raspberry Sorbet. Just without the preservatives, sugar and gums! I lovvvveee it! The best part? It is ready immediately–no wait time in the freezer to enjoy this one!
One night during dinner, my daughter requested “pink ice cream” if she ate all her food. She’s obviously a genius. 😉 After all, she was the inspiration for this delicious treat! After dinner, I wanted to make something quick and easy, as well as use the ingredients we had on hand. It came out perfect!
This 5 Minute Raspberry Sorbet is thick, creamy, sweet, and to my daughters happiness, PINK! The sorbet freezes well so any leftovers can be stored in the freezer. You can also use other fruits to sup-in for the raspberries. This sorbet is truly versatile so you can easily customize it for your preference.
Frozen berries are super affordable compared to buying fresh. So IF its fall, winter or spring, purchase the bulk of your summer produce frozen. HOWEVER, during the summer you can get deep discounts on your berries by purchasing though farmers markets, pick-you-own farms, and even on sale at the grocery store. If you have the means, this is a great time to buy in bulk and freeze all your leftovers to have during the rest of the year.

This looks so tasty! And the main ingredient is just real fresh fruit? That’s amazing! It’s a great way to increase your fruit intake while eating ice cream. I guess I’m going to have loads of ice cream this summer while still fitting in my bikini. Yay! Thanks for sharing! I bookmarked this page :-)!
