Warm Spiced Grapefruit

I  L O V E  a simple breakfast! With two little ones to take care of sometimes it is 11am before I even realized I haven’t even made myself something to eat. (And if your kids are waking you up at 5 you’re going to need that energy!) Grapefruit is a simple favorite for me but sometimes I just crave a little something that gives me that “comfort food” feeling. This my friends, oh man! This, is so yummy warm and fresh, so simple to cook up, that comfort is just 15 minutes away!

Warm Spiced Grapefruit

Ingredients:

1 half of a Grapefruit
1 Tbsp of Raw Honey
Several Dashes of Nutmeg

1. Cut your Grapefruit in half and place in a rankin dish or any kind of oven safe bowl.

2. Spread the honey on the Grapefruit followed by a sprinkling several light dashes of nutmeg.

3. Place into a cool oven turn on broiler and bake for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
