My Double Chocolate Walnut Brownies are a Paleo MIRACLE! The fudgey center and crisp edges make this the perfect treat!

- 2 cups blanched almond flour
- 2/3 cup tapioca flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup refined coconut oil melted
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir.
Add in all the remaining ingredients (except chocolate chips and walnuts) into the bowl. Stir intermittently with an electric mixer.
Fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts.
Pour batter into a lightly greased 8x8 pan.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
