My Double Chocolate Walnut Brownies are a Paleo MIRACLE! The fudgey center and crisp edges make this the perfect treat!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups blanched almond flour
  • 2/3 cup tapioca flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup refined coconut oil melted
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir.
  • Add in all the remaining ingredients (except chocolate chips and walnuts) into the bowl. Stir intermittently with an electric mixer.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts.
  • Pour batter into a lightly greased 8x8 pan.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
