Double Chocolate Walnut Brownies
We are b r o w n i e obsessed here! I am excited to share with you my beloved Double Chocolate Walnut Brownies recipe! Can you see how FUDGEY they are on the inside?! Seriously, these are incredible.
These brownies are so tasty, when I first made them my hubby couldn’t believe it was actually Paleo! He still requests them often. Finally, a real deal Paleo brownie exists! I can’t wait for you all to try them! (We may or may not have already made them twice this week… )
My Double Chocolate Walnut Brownies are a Paleo MIRACLE! The warm, fudge-filled center and crisp edges make this the perfect chocolate treat!
Other than tasting freak’n amazing—the best part is how easy these are to make! It takes less than 30 minutes to create these brownies from start to finish. So run to the Kitchen, grab a mixing bowl, and get started! You’re going to LOVE these!
Cooking Tips:
- My first trick is to melt the coconut oil and pour in into the batter before the honey. This way the measuring cup is coated and the honey will just slide out with little effort.
- Second, the brownies will continue to cook for several minutes after taking them out of the oven. So don’t over cook them if you want a fudgey center!
- Finally, I used Enjoy Life brand chocolate chips. They are the best dairy-free + soy free option I have found.
Almond flour can get to be pretty pricey when stocking a Paleo pantry. I recommend King Arthur Brand because it’s a couple dollars cheaper than Bob’s Red Mill while still keeping the integrity of the quality. You honestly WANT to keep it to the name brands in Paleo baking because the off brands may not be as finely processed and the recipe may not turn out. Its not worth it.
Thanks For Stopping By!
