Ingredients

full fat coconut milk
1/4
cup
Arrowroot Powder
1/3
cup
Honey

Vanilla
dash
Cinnamon

diced strawberries

chocolate chips
Instructions
Whisk the first 4 ingredients together with an electric mixer.
Whisk in strawberries for about a minute, this will incorporate them into the ice cream smoothly.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour mixture into a bread pan or container of choice. I line my bread pan with parchment paper so I can cover the ice cream to avoid freezer burn.
Freeze for at least 6 hours.
Before serving allow the ice cream to sit out at room temp for 5-10 minutes to soften. (This will make scooping a lot easier!)
