Avocado Lime Crema

Instructions
Slow Cooker Fajitas
Add meat to slow cooker. (I add mine in and cut after cooking, however, you can cook the meat pre-cut if you prefer.)
Pour half the package of taco seasoning on top of the meat.
Slice peppers and onions. Place on top of meat in the slow cooker.
Add the rest of the taco seasoning on top of the veggies and give it a stir.
Cook on high for 5 hours.
Cut the meat to your preference. Add the meat back into the slow cooker. Serve over cauliflower rice and top with Avocado lime crema.
Avocado Lime Crema
Add all ingredients to food processor. Blend until smooth.
Serve over fajitas or even use as a dip on the side!
