Instructions
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl combine dry ingredients. Stir to incorporate. Add in the remaining wet ingredients. Use an electric mixer to stir the ingredients together until the dough forms a ball. -IF the dough clumps together in little balls add in a little water, one tbsp at a time. -IF the dough is sticky, place in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
  3. Take a piece of the dough (about 2 tbsp in size) and roll it out between your hands. (Think playdough, and you’re trying to make a snake.) HA. Place dough onto a parchment lined baking pan and continue the process.
  4. Brush on the olive oil on top of the breadsticks. Sprinkle the breadsticks with salt and garlic powder.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 12 minutes or until the top turns golden brown.
Recipe Notes

This recipe makes 8-10 breadsticks depending on the size you roll them out to be. Keep in mind the breadsticks will expand in the oven so don’t make them too large and don’t place them too close together on the pan.
