Simple to make, homemade almond milk. This Paleo DIY Almond Milk is so bold and creamy, as well as easy to make you’ll never purchase the store brand again!
Pour raw almonds into a bowl. Pour water over them until the almonds are covered. Cover the bowl and allow them soak overnight.
After the almonds have soaked, rinse them well using a strainer.
Pour the rinsed almonds into a blender or food processor. Add 6 cups of water and blend until the almonds have completely broken down.
Strain the almond milk through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth and pour into a wide container or bowl to catch all the milk. (I used a wide liquid measuring cup.)
Set almond pulp aside and feel free to use it to make almond flour.
Pour milk into serving container. Keep the top sealed and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
