Instructions
  1. Combine ingredients for the topping into a bowl and stir together. Set aside.
  2. In a food processor, add in all the ingredients for the protein bites. Process on low until all the ingredients are incorporated together. Just don’t over do it–it will only take about 30 seconds.
  3. Use a tablespoon to scoop out some of the batter and roll it between your hands to form a ball.
  4. Roll the bites into the bowl of toppings.
  5. Serve and Enjoy!!
